Our Values

We have a laser focus on complex payment processing. While it can be difficult to explain our business to the uninitiated, our customers immediately understand the value we provide and are often refreshed to find an entire company full of people who live and breathe the use cases that run their business.

Our platform is constantly evolving and improving. Our customers love our ability to rapidly adjust to new payment types and requirements. We are open to building new functionality for our customers and have done so many times in the past. When we find a winning feature or module, we build it and extend it to all of our customers in the next release.

Above all else, we are trusted by our customers. With oversight from City National Bank, we have built a highly secure and highly available infrastructure that will protect your most sensitive data at all times, while providing industry-leading uptime.

Bryan Walley

Walley’s role at Exactuals combines his love of technology and automation with his background in financial services and process improvement. Prior to joining the company in 2014, he held senior positions at IP3 Networks Inc., Intuit, and Exactuals’ parent company City National Bank. In 2003, Walley joined IP3 Networks Inc. as Director of Operations, where he was responsible for internal systems development and management, process and policy definition and implementation, vendor management, procurement and distribution, interviewing and hiring decisions, and budgeting. At the time, he was named Vice President, Information Services Project Manager at City National Bank, where he helped deliver technical and process-driven results on time, on scope, and on budget, both internally and for the company’s clients.

Mike Hurst

Mike is a software industry veteran who spent many years at Oracle helping traditional software companies launch Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. During his time as a senior manager at Oracle, Mike was exposed to the inefficiencies surrounding residuals distribution in the media and entertainment industry, and he began to develop the relationships and insights that would form the basis for Exactuals. He incubated the business model over the course of his time at Stanford Graduate School of Business with guidance from some of Silicon Valley’s most trusted advisors. Mike holds degrees from Santa Clara University and Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
