He is one of the leading producers in the entertainment industry today, having made his mark on more than 100 movies including recent award winners, 'The Muppets' and 'The Fighter'. Prior to launching Mandeville, David served as Studio Head at Disney where he oversaw hits such as 'Pretty Woman' and 'Father of the Bride'. David has launched dozens of winning projects and knows a real opportunity when he sees one. After learning more about Exactuals and its mission to save studios and guilds money by providing better information and paperless payments, David decided to throw his weight behind the project.

Todd is a Partner at Mandeville Films and Television where he is one of the leading producers in the entertainment industry today. In addition to his extremely successful career in production, Todd has worked as both a writer and an actor, and has felt the pain of the residuals payment problem directly. CEO, Brillstein Entertainment Partners
Jon is Chief Executive Officer of Brillstein Entertainment Partners, Hollywood’s premier talent management/production company. A 35 year-old company based in Los Angeles and New York, Brillstein Entertainment Partners manages the global media and entertainment aspects of the careers of hundreds of actors, writers, producers and directors. In addition, the company works with brands to navigate the world of entertainment. Over the years, Brillstein also has produced many television shows and motion pictures which have been distributed worldwide. Jon is an active member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Pacific Council on International Policy. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission. He has written, taught and lectured on the entertainment business and legal matters, including guest lectures at USC Law School and Yale College. Mr. Liebman graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Yale College in 1981. He graduated from Yale Law School in 1985 and clerked for United States District Judge Leonard B. Sand in Manhattan. He served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York and was appointed Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division after four years in the U.S. Attorney’s office.

Jason Kassin is Co-Founder and CEO of FilmTrack. A leading expert in the development of rights and content management solutions for the global IP supply chain, Jason launched FilmTrack in the 1990s after being asked to design contract administration software for some of the oldest and most respected names in international film distribution. A lifelong computer engineer, Jason was contracted by the NYC Board of Education while still in high school to develop an inventory management and control system for the Office of School Food and Nutrition Services. After graduating from Vassar College with a degree in Film and Theater, Jason built his own successful software consulting business while also appearing in films and television programs, and selling film and TV pilot scripts to DreamWorks, Fox, NBC and Paramount. Today Jason oversees FilmTrack’s day-to-day operations, strategic direction and delivery of business solutions to some of the world’s leading companies. An accomplished screenwriter and actor, he also navigates seamlessly between the technical and creative worlds from artistic inception through commercial exploitation.

Stephen Kassin is Co-Founder and President of FilmTrack. Stephen is responsible for customer satisfaction, support and management both in client’s daily operations and during their involvement in worldwide industry market events. Stephen's relationships with the FilmTrack customer base has provided him with in-depth insight into international content distribution, which has resulted in FilmTrack’s strong competitive solutions for today’s IP management and distribution industries. Since the company’s founding, Stephen has been an instrumental asset in establishing FilmTrack’s identity, value and recognition in the industry. Stephen previously spent many years in international business as the owner and president of Peak Experience, a New York based Adventure Travel Company.
CFO and Operating Partner, Renewable Resources Group
Andrea has more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, investing, mergers & acquisitions, scaling businesses, and improving profit margins. Across her various roles, Andrea has been responsible for operations, finance, accounting, legal, human resources and real estate. Andrea is currently CFO and Operating Partner at Renewable Resources Group (RRG). RRG manages investments in renewable energy, water, agriculture and real estate. Prior to RRG, Andrea held various COO and CFO roles including Shift Labs, a venture capital backed ad-tech start up, and Curvature, a private-equity backed company that sells networking equipment and support services worldwide. Earlier in her career, Andrea spent more than 12 years in private equity and banking and held positions at Allied Capital, JP Morgan Partners and CIBC Oppenheimer. Andrea received her MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University.
General Manager, Vector Management
Stabile currently serves as the General Manager at Vector Management - one of the most venerable artist management companies within Live Nation Entertainment. Vector boasts an extensive roster of talent and is known for its ability to build a career trajectory that allows their artist’s brand to stand the test of time. Early in his career, Stabile was an early pioneer in the digital music space, spearheading business development efforts at Musictoday and leading artist/label relations at eMusic.com & Rollingstone.com. Stabile has performed various label functions at Sony Music & Universal Music Group and holds an MBA from Rivier College and a BA from Villanova University.
COO, Global Music Rights
As COO of Global Music Rights (GMR), Sean O’Malley oversees all aspects of its operations and systems development, including distribution services, data processing and publishing logistics. With manager Irving Azoff and former ASCAP executive Randy Grimmett, Sean started the first new Performing Rights Organization in 75 years and assisted in the client acquisition necessary to propel GMR to its status as the leader in its field. Prior to his current role, Sean worked at ASCAP for 8 years in Membership and supervised a large staff to resolve issues on behalf of its members. A Los Angeles native, Sean grew up surrounded by music, playing and teaching guitar and working as a luthier. He taught a music publishing class at Cal Poly Pomona for many years and has been a featured speaker at USC, CSUN and Musicians Institute as well as various music industry panels.
Ted is an industry leading consultant having spent time advising for Cap Gemini, North Highland, and most recently, PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served as Managing Director for Entertainment, Media, and Communications. His primary responsibilities include advising major motion picture and television companies on digital and physical content creation and distribution. Ted's interest in solving the residuals distribution problem is second to none. His passion for improving this process has spanned his 20+ year career in the industry. Ted's guidance in building relationships with studios and technology partners has been invaluable to Exactuals in the early stages of its development.
Professor, Pepperdine University
After spending parts of five decades leading companies in the Media and Entertainment space such as Technicolor and RCA Records, Devendra currently serves as a Professor at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business. He also holds leadership posts with the Hollywood IT Society (HITS) and Media and Entertainment Services Alliance (MESA). Devendra's true passion for supply chain efficiency and the creation of industry-wide solutions has led him to Exactuals. Devendra loves nothing more than to bring bright people together to solve difficult problems and he has been extremely helpful in doing just that for our company.
